The Helm of Resentment is an equipable head slot Armor craftable only by Wonder Why in the Wonder Why Filter and Armour Filter. It requires 1 Cutstone, 4 Rocks and 2 Flints to craft, and a Science Machine to prototype.
It has a Durability of 164, absorbs 60% of all physical damage and grants 1 Extra Endurance.
Any character can equip and hold the Helm of Resentment and the Statue of Resentment unlike the other 4 Masks of Wonder Why.
When walking in a Sandstorm, Moonstorm or Snowstorm while wearing Desert Goggles, the character will not be slowed down and the visual effects that are limiting the player's field of view will be largely reduced.
- Wonder Why's Field of Vision will be completely normal like if they were using any of the 5 other Masks.
- Any other characters' Field of Vision will look worse than without it, similar to Wonder Why not wearing a Mask.
Similar to the Statue of Resentment and the Skull of Reckoning it doesn't have a slot for Eyes.

Tips
- Giving any other character a Helm of Resentment is a good strategy to give them a head slot Armor with protection against storms.
- Because of the mere fact of it having little Durability it is suggested to use it to craft the Statue of Resentment if you have the needed Marble.
Trivia
- There was gonna be a Marble Ball as an Eye to protect against storms but it got scrapped because of a technical difficulty (you can't add and remove the deserthat tag at will) and got replaced with the Helm and Statue of Resentment.
- The Helm of Resentment was introduced in the Ver. 1.5.9 [ACT 2] update.
