If Wonder Why's Endurance is lower than 4 they won't be able to put anything on his head slot. Having a hat when your Endurance falls to 3 (or lower) or trying to equip a hat while your Endurance is low will make your hat fall to the floor, you will lose 10 sanity and Wonder Why will say why it happened (insert Wonder's quote here).
